The link takes you to our distributor's web site where you can order online and the book details are automatically transferred for you. You must select either our UK distributor (the world outside Canada/USA) or our North American distributor (Canada/USA) when you order. Postage charges will be added to your order. The UK link will direct you to a page giving you full information about the postage options but the costs will not be shown on your order form. Orders from the USA/Canada through our USA distributor will have postage added to the order.
